To help achieve this EMPOWERED society we facilitate a weekly three hour slot on an “EMPOWERED” Cliffcentral station that goes where the internet goes, called “Leadership Transformation Platform”, which at this stage takes the form of a Leadership Master Class, a Business Master Class – also directed at SME’s – and a Youth Leadership Platform – empowering our youth. These conversations transform into content on podcasts that are promoted aggressively via our partners and social media structures.

13:00 – 14:30: Business Master Class
From 13:00 to 13:30: An EMPOWERING Business Skills Conversation with an expert panel consisting of someone from University Stellenbosch Executive Education and Richard Angus CEO The Finance Team. We discuss various themes relevant to business and SME’s. Listen here to one of our recent conversations.
From 13:30 – 14:00: We interview an EMPOWERED SME Owner that started and has been leading their small business for a while, successfully. It is a general conversation in which we also draw a link with the business skills conversation. We believe anyone in any place can become an EMPOWERED individual. However, someone that took the risk to start their own venture shows clear signs of becoming an EMPOWERED individual – something our society needs desperately. 14:00 – 15:00: Youth Leadership Platform (YLP)
Our youth need a voice. Our youth need to communicate their frustrations, views, proposed solutions and aspirations to current leaders. And, current leadership must be able to engage youth productively. We place youth leaders, ordinary youth with potential and stand out individuals on this platform to achieve the above. We are also taking this spirit into communities where we will identify the future leaders of our society. We want the youth to become Leadership Activists – Advocating Authentic Leaders while actively eradicating our society of toxic leaders and behaviour.
International and national opinion leaders add further value as they join the show telephonically and share leadership essences with our listeners.
