Times are truly challenging, for small businesses, large corporates, state owned enterprises, government departments, families, individuals, all of us. And, we can expect it to get even more difficult.
But this message is not about why and how it is going to become more difficult – we all sense this. It is about what we do as and when it happens.
The natural instinct of most struggling entities – be it an organisation or an individual – is to turn inward in times of difficulty; to do what’s needed just to stay afloat; to not extend oneself outwardly. Yet, it is in difficult times that we need more inspiration, unity and assistance. Can one imagine what will happen if all of us became inwardly focused during the times ahead and no one extended and inspired outwardly?
We are starting a movement and could potentially reward you / your organisation for your participation.
Inspiring South Africa: You or your business share an inspirational message on principles of personal/business success & stand the chance of us promoting it (and a link) to the world in at least three ways:
- Share it on our weekly CliffCentral leadership and/or business shows
- Share it with our thousands of daily business and leadership thoughts subscriber base through MTN, Cell C & soon Vodacom
- Share it on our twitter feed – we have between 1 million and 2 million impressions monthly.
- If it’s really excellent we will extend ourselves and motivate for more exposure in the media / on social media.
This is what you do:
Send your original proposed inspirational message to info@leadershipplatform.com – it could literally be anything! The length, including the link must be within 160 characters– yes, just 160 characters. The typed words should merely be the interesting introduction, enticing people to click on the link, and whatever appears behind the link – article, audio, video – should be the core message. You may punt your business inside the message, briefly. However, if it is all about promoting your organisation or yourself, more than it is about the actual inspirational message – in other words it’s not authentic – then we may not choose your message of course. We will take the best ones and share it with the world!
