LPY (Leadership Platform Youth) is in a very interesting and unique position - we are able to offer top level, senior leadership development solutions to our youth.  This obviously means adaptation, but what an opportunity for our youth to receive information and instruction that most, in the past, would only have had access to during the mid to later parts of their careers.
