MODULE 2: I-Journal Exercise

The Law Of Personal Motivational Source

Record the answers to these questions in your I-Journal

Revision: What is the Law of Movement? What is the Universal Law of Consequences?

Do you believe that what matters most is what you think, feel and believe about yourself? Or, does it matter more to you what others think, feel and believe about you? Answer honestly:

Write down your thoughts and feelings about this statement: What I truly think, feel and believe about ME reflects in everything I do; and definitely reflects in how I treat others; lead others; behave instinctively in everyday life and leadership situations:

Write down what the practical implications on your everyday life are as a result of your notes above:

MODULE 3: I-Journal Exercise

The Big Trust Question

Record the answers to these questions in your I-Journal

Revision: What is the Law of Personal Motivation Source?

Answer this question honestly. Do I trust myself to be the final judge of my own feelings and thoughts?

If you do, write down the implications of this:

If not, and you trust others, or someone else to be your final judge, what are the implications?

MODULE 4: I-Journal Exercise

Who We Really Are

Record the answers to these questions in your I-Journal

It’s time to discover your deepest Inner “I” that is very much an intuitive exercise, rather than a scientific one. You will discover how much you really trust yourself.

  1. Deep down, as you try to connect with / imagine your deepest I, ask yourself: Do I want to harm anyone?
  2. What are the 6 important universal senses (instincts) you need to be aware of as you attempt to define your deepest “I”?
  3. Sense of…
  4. Sense of…
  5. Sense of…
  6. Sense of…
  7. Sense of…
  8. Sense of…

Now, start describing who your real “I” is – that BEST part of you deep inside. Imagine you could drill right through all your weaknesses and intruder influences – like limiting beliefs – who do you uncover? Describe as best you can that purest, untouched “I”. Start with and answer in your I-Journal:

  • Who do I FEEL I really am?
  • Who do I THINK I really am?
  • Who do I BELIEVE I really am?

Start every word or sentence with I:

  • I am…
  • I believe…
  • I have…
  • I feel…
  • I think I…
  • I…
  • I…

When you have written down who you feel, think and believe your Inner “I” is, verbalize it out loud: “I…”

MODULE 5: I-Journal Exercise

Embrace Inner I

Record the answers to these questions in your I-Journal

Revision: Revisit that Inner-I that you identified in Module 4.

Now, ask yourself: Do I consciously embrace my Inner-I?

Am I willing to do all I can to become this person?

If your answer in both cases is an affirmative, access your GLP App (if you don’t have this free App yet, download on your phone, tablet or laptop HERE). Now go to PLDP on the menu. Schedule a reminder to review your Inner-I on a daily basis.

Finally, physically write in your journal: I, (full names) absolutely commit to becoming my Inner-I (Best Self). I will do all I can to remain authentically committed. When I do somehow deviate I will recommit and get back on course immediately. I will go through this process until I become my Inner-I.

MODULE 6: I-Journal Exercise

Define Personal Drivers

Record the answers to these questions in your I-Journal

Revision: Revisit your Inner-I and your commitment statement in your I-Journal.

What are Personal Drivers?

You now need to define your Personal Drivers. It is an important exercise. We strongly recommend your find a quiet place; an authentic environment – like nature – to sit and do this exercise in your I-Journal.

As I think about and absolutely connect with my Inner-I, what are my Authentic Personal Drivers (motivators) that will give expression / life to my Inner-I? What Personal Drivers match my Inner-I?

Write these down in your I-Journal. Allow for time, if needed. You may take hours or days to do this.

Bear in mind, the more authentic your environment the easier it will be for you to connect in this authentic exercise. The more authentic and sincere your Inner-I definition is the easier it will also be to do.

Finally, schedule your Personal Drivers into your PLDP on your GLP App, for regular – preferably daily – reminders.

You should now have a regular reminder of your Inner-I and Personal Drivers.

MODULE 7: I-Journal Exercise

The Universal Intruder Principle

Record the answers to these questions in your I-Journal

Revision: Revisit your Inner-I and Personal Drivers.

What are Intruder Influences?

It is now time for you to identify your Intruder Influences. Again, take your time. Find a quiet and authentic environment and in your I-Journal list your Intruder Influences – limiting beliefs – that have been piled on top of your Inner-I since birth.

Think through family, friends, societal, school, university, work and other experiences. Be courageous and brutally honest.

When you have done this, revisit your Inner-I to see whether this exercise shifted your perspective into your Inner-I? Make adjustments if needed.

Then revisit your Personal Drivers to authenticate them – to make sure they are authentic. Adjust where needed.

MODULE 8: I-Journal Exercise

The Law Of Me Governance

Record the answers to these questions in your I-Journal

Revision: What are Intruder Influences? Remain aware of yours while reviewing daily your Inner-I and Personal Drivers.

Can you feel yourself evolving to the I-Three?

MODULE 10: I-Journal Exercise

Record the answers to these questions in your I-Journal

Revision: Define the Universal Law of Resistance.

Name the five Reality Modes.

As you give expression to your Inner-I by striving towards your Personal Drivers and overcoming/embracing your Intruder Influences, can you feel your Seamless Attitude growing? Can you feel how your I-Three is coming to the surface?

What is the EMO-Audit?

Try it. Do an EMO-Audit on…
